Sara Gilbert was born …:

… on January 29, 1975, as Sara Rebecca Abeles. She is the biological daughter of parents Barbara Crane and Harold Abeles and the sister of actress Melissa Gilbert and actor Jonathan Gilbert. Melissa and Jonathan are the adopted siblings of Crane and Paul Gilbert, her first husband, who died in 1975.

Growing Up with Sara …:

From there, Sara took on a number of big roles in small films, including Poison Ivy, with co-star Drew Barrymore, and High Fidelity, with John Cusack.

Other co-hosts include Julie Chen, who will leave her co-host duties on CBS's The Early Show, actresses Holly Robinson Peete, Leah Remini, and Marissa Jaret Winokur, as well as international star and former talk show host Sharon Osbourne.
