Growing Up with Sara …:
Her biggest break to date came in 1988 when she was cast as Darlene Connor on the hit show Roseanne. She stuck with the show until it ended in 1997.
From there, Sara took on a number of big roles in small films, including Poison Ivy, with co-star Drew Barrymore, and High Fidelity, with John Cusack.
Becoming a Talk Show Host::
After her recurring role on the CBS sit-com The Big Bang Theory was made regular - and then reverted back to recurring - Sara was approached to do a talk show on CBS.
The show, titled The Talk, will find Sara leading a panel of mothers discussing current events and topical issues. Other co-hosts include Julie Chen, who will leave her co-host duties on CBS's The Early Show, actresses Holly Robinson Peete, Leah Remini, and Marissa Jaret Winokur, as well as international star and former talk show host Sharon Osbourne.
