If Behrendt doesn’t have an answer, he’ll go looking for one (something that might work really well – kind of bringing the host down to the viewer’s level).

Guide Review - The Greg Behrendt Show

It’s hard to write a review for a show that has not yet debuted, but I can tell you that comedian and author Greg Behrendt is funny. And he’s pretty accurate when it comes to talking about relationships. In fact, he’s the guy most credited with turning the phrase: “He’s just not that into you.”

Behrendt’s Comedy Central special, Greg Behrendt is Uncool, highlighted his uncanny ability to cut to the core of relationship issues and to poke holes in our own superficial images. A mix of self-deprecating humor and “you know I’m right” attitude serves his audience – and his targets – well.

Most alarming, however? Behrendt is a Gen X’er, just like me. And he proves that we’re creeping into middle age.

Yikes.

Stay tuned for a full review, after Behrendt debuts.

PS: Want a little cross talk show comedy action? Stephen Colbert and Greg Behrendt give viewers advice in this clip from The Colbert Report. And ignore the poster’s title for the clip. Behrendt is in on the joke. Trust me.
