Jason Jones, Daily Show correspondent, is a Canadian comic and original member of the sketch comedy group, The Bobroom.
Jones joined The Daily Show in 2005, the second Canadian to do so, after his wife, fellow correspondent Samantha Bee, broke through that glass ceiling in 2003. He started as a contributor to the show, later becoming a fan favorite after several stories. In 2009, Jones traveled to Iran to do a series of stories surrounding the country's elections.
The father of three, Jones and Bee are reportedly collaborating on a sitcom in which Jones would star as a celebrity chef.
