So you want free tickets to the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson? Good for you! Because nothing could be easier. At least the wanting part. In fact, the getting part can be pretty easy, too.
Please note, when you take a look at both the “Difficulty” and “Time Required” section , please realize that those categories reflect the ease of requesting tickets and the length of time it takes to request tickets.
Obtaining tickets or a reservation to a taping can take much longer. In the case of some shows, it can take months – even years. After all, most shows have a ton of fans and the tickets are free.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: No more than 15 mins
Here's How:
- You can get free tickets by submitting your request online via On Camera Audiences, which provides free tickets to talk shows and television programs in Los Angeles.
- Once there, you’ll be asked to select the day you’d like to attend from the dates listed. Click through the date to get to the online submission form.
- You’ll be asked to fill out your name, age, the number in your party (up to four), phone number, email address and the reason you were interested in being in the studio audience. You’ll also answer an trivia question. Better get it right, or your request may not go through. Done with that? Then click SEND.
- Everything right? Then, quite possibly, on the next page you'll find your ticket (that's what happened to us when we filled out the form). Print that page and head off to CBS Television City Stage 58, 7800 Beverly Blvd., Hollywood, Calif., on the day of the taping (noted on the online form).
- Be aware that there is no guaranteed admission to the show. Ticket holders are admitted on a first come, first served basis. So better to arrive early than right at taping time. Do not miss your arrival deadline (typically 3:30 p.m.).
- All guests must be 17 years or older and have a photo ID available.
- Show may be cancelled for various reasons as well (and, yes, you’ll need to start all over again).
Tips:
- You must be 17 or over to attend. And you must bring government photo ID to be admitted.
- There is a dress code. Upscale, as you will likely appear on camera. No shorts, T-shirts, hats or white clothing.
- Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold or auctioned.
- No one with cell phones, pagers, cameras, sound recorders or other recording devices, luggage, backpacks or large shopping bags will be admitted to the show.
- Audiences are often overbooked. Admission is not guaranteed, even though you have a ticket.
