Talk show host Rosie O’Donnell was first recognized as an deliriously funny comedienne, then as popular VH1 VeeJay, followed by roles as “the best friend” in a half-dozen films, including “A League of Their Own” and “Sleepless in Seattle.” After several years away from the TV talk show life, Rosie is back as one-quarter of the co-hosts on ABC’s morning program, “The View.”
