Was it just me or is there a feud brewing between Colbert Report host Stephen Colbert and Tonight Show host Conan O'Brien?
To be honest, I'd say Colbert fired the first shot when he took Conan to task for missing Friday's Tonight Show after sustaining a concussion during a taping Friday night. (He was racing actress Teri Hatcher during a triathlon sketch, slid and hit his head.)
Colbert, on his show Monday night, teased Conan for not finishing his show. Then Colbert recalled a fall he sustained during a taping, smashing his wrist - and went on with the show. (Of course Conan barely knew what year it was .... )
Then he went on to suggest that Conan really missed the show because he was depressed after being selected by readers of "Glamour" magazine as the late night talk show host they'd most likely dump. Readers also selected Late Night host Jimmy Fallon as the host they'd most likely do and Colbert as the host they'd most likely marry.
